Zetailing - Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the mobile car detailing services provided by Zetailing ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a service with Zetailing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Agreement

These Terms govern the provision of mobile car detailing services by Zetailing to you, the customer ("you" or "your"). A service agreement is formed when you book a detailing appointment, either verbally, via email, through our website, or by any other means of communication.

2. Vehicle Condition Disclosure

You are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage to your vehicle to Zetailing prior to the commencement of any detailing service. Zetailing is not liable for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint defects, mechanical issues, or interior damage. We will make a reasonable effort to note any visible pre-existing damage, but this does not constitute a comprehensive inspection and does not absolve you of your responsibility to disclose.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without incurring any fees provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling within 24 hours: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a fee equal to 30% of the agreed-upon service price.

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling within 12 hours: If you cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the agreed-upon service price.

  • No-Shows: If you fail to be present at the agreed-upon location and time, or if your vehicle is not accessible, you will be charged the full agreed-upon service price.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: Our service prices are listed on our website at [Insert Website Link Here] and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are "starting from" prices and may be adjusted based on the size, condition, and specific requirements of your vehicle.

  • Additional Fees: Vehicles with excessive soiling, including but not limited to heavy mud, pet hair, mold, vomit, or blood, will be subject to additional charges. We will inform you of any additional charges before commencing work. You will have the option to accept the additional charges or decline the service.

  • Ceramic Coating Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total service price is required for all ceramic coating services at the time of booking.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payment via cash or bank transfer (BACS). Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Personal Belongings: You are responsible for removing all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle prior to the detailing service. Zetailing is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

  • Car Seats: Child car seats must be removed by the customer prior to the service. Zetailing will not remove or reinstall car seats and will not clean car seats. If car seats are not removed, we will clean around them to the best of our ability.

  • Suitable Location: Ensure that your vehicle is going to be parked in a suitable location.

  • Dangerous Roads: We will not work on any dangerous roads.

6. Service Location and Access

You must ensure that the vehicle is parked in a safe and suitable location that allows our detailers to perform the service without obstruction. This includes:

  • Sufficient Space: Adequate space around the entire vehicle to allow for door opening and movement of our equipment.

  • Safe Access: The location must be free from hazards and must not pose a risk to our detailers or equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, busy roads, uneven surfaces, and areas with restricted access.

  • Dangerous Roads: Zetailing will not perform services on vehicles parked on dangerous roads, including those with high traffic volume, blind corners, or inadequate visibility.

If the location is deemed unsuitable or unsafe by our detailer, we reserve the right to refuse service or reschedule the appointment. A cancellation fee may apply as per Section 3.

7. Weather Conditions

Zetailing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, high winds, extreme temperatures, or any other condition that could compromise the quality of the detailing service or the safety of our detailers. We will make every effort to contact you in advance to reschedule.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zetailing will exercise reasonable care in performing the detailing services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to the vehicle (as outlined in Section 2).

  • Minor scratches or swirl marks that may occur during the normal detailing process.

  • Damage caused by faulty or defective vehicle components.

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle (as outlined in Section 5).

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of our services.

9. Photography and Videography

Zetailing may take photographs or videos of your vehicle before, during, and after the detailing service for quality control, training, and marketing purposes. By booking a service, you consent to such photography and videography unless you expressly object in writing prior to the service. We will not publicly display any personally identifiable information (such as license plates) without your express consent.

10. Modifications to Terms

Zetailing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.  

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
